These little pancakes are very simple to make and very tasty. Even though they are super healthy. The base for this delicious breakfast or lunch is as follows:
Two bananas, two eggs, a cup of oatmeal, a cup of almond milk and a bit of cinnamon.
Add all these ingredients together in a blender and mix the ingredients until you have a smooth batter. If you don’t have a blender you can take a hand blender and mix it all in a bowl. It’s up to you to experiment with ingredients to get your own preferred taste.
After the blending you can use a frying pan to bake the pancakes. They’ll look like American pancakes, little and slightly thicker. Choose a healthy oil for baking like sunflower oil, which is rich in essential fatty acids. Essential fatty acids are the sort of fat which your body needs but can’t produce by itself, so you’ll have to get these from your food. Put the batter in the pan and bake both sides evenly until they look and smell good. Pile them up on a plate with some jam, cottage cheese or fresh fruit like blueberries or strawberries. Et voilà, bon appetite!
To spice things up you can add some slices of apple to the pancakes just after you have poured the batter in. Just put some apple parts on it and bake them together for a while. My brother and I both thought that this variant was delicious. Let me know if you liked it too!
